ProFundCom User Group 2016 round-up

The biannual ProFundCom User Group very successfully concluded in London on the 29th of April 2016.

This is the 5th consecutive year we have hosted such an event and is the most well attended to date. Each one provided its own valuable insights with the aim – how we, at ProFundCom, can continue to improve our customer service and platform.

This year’s event was further enhanced by the inclusion of select partners to ProFundCom who were able to provide our customer’s with the opportunity to gather insight and expertise across CRM, PR, marketing; as well as information on how to effect sales behavioural change in order to raise assets under management (AuM).

Our customers were the most satisfied with our customer services. This was closely followed by our ability to constantly innovate our product. Furthermore, customers stressed their desire for continual training (to help them make the most of the product), and their appetite for increased thought leadership from founder, Paul Das.

In response to the User Group, ProFundCom have implemented the following enhancements to the product and aim to deliver in advance of the next User Group dated October 2016:

  • An improved console with highly customisable layout
  • An upgraded copy and paste facility from Microsoft apps to templates
  • An increase in volume of training with the option of on-premise training
  • A commitment to continue to build out help features
