I first heard about ProFundCom through a recommendation from Cyril Delamare – now our Chief Growth Officer – who used the platform while working at MontLake. We had been using Marketing Cloud, and before that Constant Contact, but were looking for an alternative.

ProFundCom offered us a ‘try before you buy’ demo. We loved it and haven’t looked back since.

ProFundCom understands the aim of the game

ProFundCom was very easy and intuitive to implement and use. I run email marketing within our firm, but anyone could come in and pick things up quickly, as the platform is so user-friendly.

And the ProFundCom team offer fantastic support and are always available to help. In fact, it’s the excellent customer service that has impressed me most, particularly as they are proactive as well as reactive. The team will help with any problem or query I may have, but also reach out regularly to touch base and see how things are going, which is something I really appreciate. And when I’m unavailable for some reason and not able to access the system, they’ll even hop on and do the necessary for me.

Also, because they are focussed on asset management, they understand the name of the game – so you don’t have to explain things about the sector. That saves a lot of time.

They listen to your needs – and act on them

Another thing that impresses me about ProFundCom is their adaptability.

If I come across something I’d like to do with the platform, but can’t – I’ll suggest it to them and it will often get integrated into the next update. So, I’m not left struggling with things – they always listen to my needs and try and adapt the system accordingly, which is incredibly valuable.

I can’t rate ProFundCom highly enough

We currently use ProFundCom for all our email sending – from regulatory updates to event invites, and anything else in between – and tracking the resultant engagement data.

It works great for our needs and helps us with exactly what we want to do. It’s more efficient than previous systems – so we get more bang for our buck – and has definitely improved productivity, as more people are reading and engaging with what we send out.

In short, we are very pleased with every aspect of the service and I can’t rate them highly enough.
