This App features highly sophisticated matching technology that uncovers, verifies and validates more qualified prospects hiding in website and other digital traffic. The Visitor Track App is able to provide a transparent view of the companies and industries interested in your products and services as opposed to a list of anonymous website visitors. There are 2 types of traffic in ProFundCom – one that we can identify and those that we can’t. The Visitor Track app gives marketers the details on the unidentified traffic. It is able to work out the Organisation and addresses based on IP address and various reference data sources. This is useful for marketers who want to do Account Marketing, where they are looking to open new accounts and want to see if their communications are being accessed from those accounts. If they are they can then research the people that need to be targeted and then communicate with them via email or any other method.

ProFundCom has an open application programming interface (API), which makes it easy for your developers to integrate with other systems – with or without our involvement. You can then access all workflows, templates, automation and analytics through a single system. The most common uses of the API are integration with a CRM that is currently not supported – or if there is a custom requirement – and to integrate ProFundCom into a process involving third-party tools and services we don’t currently support.

The ProFundCom Form Designer App has it’s own control panel for completely customized forms. You don’t need any coding experience to create an eye-pleasing form to present on your website which can be completely styled in CSS. To get started on your first form, it’s really as easy as dragging and dropping. You select which box you’d like to appear on your form and then drag it to where you’d like it to appear on the form. Not to mention the fact that there are many different variations of input boxes you can place such as plain text box, a multiple choice box, file upload, drop-down menu, etc. You can also create multiple forms which are easy to manage right from the ProFundCom Form Designer App interface.
