I can’t rate ProFundCom highly enough
We currently use ProFundCom for all our email sending – from regulatory updates to event invites, and anything else in between – and tracking the resultant engagement data. It works great for our needs and helps us with exactly what we want to do. It’s more efficient than previous systems – so we get more bang for our buck – and has definitely improved productivity, as more people are reading and engaging with what we send out. One of the specific problems I discussed with Paul was the difficulty of getting emails sent to financial advisers at one of the large wirehouse firms. The ProFundCom team were very helpful and always quick to answer questions – within 30 minutes if not sooner. It was a big improvement for us. We had been using fairly rudimentary techniques for communication via Dotmailer, which gave us some information on opens and clicks – but nothing more. ProFundCom gave us the opportunity to go deeper. It also allowed us to see who was visiting our website and what they were looking at. Basically, it’s given us better, wider and broader marketing intelligence than other available software.
