This is the 7th consecutive year we have hosted our User Group and it was once again really well attended – thank you to all the staff, clients and partners that attended. The focus of the event remained the same – how we, at ProFundCom, can continue to improve our customer service and platform.
Attendees took part in interactive sessions where they evaluated the platform in real-time and presented their findings to the management team. Our customers were most satisfied with our customer service and support closely followed by the innovation in the platform, especially with the new apps on the ProFundCom AppStore. With the challenges of GDPR, clients were delighted with our comprehensive Preference Centre App and the App our clients felt they got the most ROI from was the ProFundCom Event Manager.
Most of our clients welcomed the changes to the design of the interface with the caveat that we keep core operations in the same place.
We look forward to sharing the success of the above enhancements with you at the next series of ProFundCom User Groups – to be held in May 2019 in London, Geneva and New York.
