Interface Changes

Description: Over the last few months users with have noticed subtle changes to the interface. There have been two main reasons for this. Firstly, to make commonly used features more accessible and secondly for the platform to be easier to use. We have aimed to minimize disruption and by all accounts the transition has gone well. In the coming weeks a new home page will be released that will build on the above work. You can view our pre-release candidate here.

Enhancements to the Drag and Drop Editor

Description

Re-sizable images – All images are all now re-sizable. When you add a block containing an image, look for the ‘Image size’ control in the block’s ‘content’ tab on the left. Images will maintain their aspect ratio as they grow and shrink, so you don’t need to worry about them appearing squashed. 

Image captions – All images now have editable captions, which can be clicked and edited as simply as any other text in the drag & drop editor. Image blocks have a switch to show or hide the caption in the content tab. 

Mobile/Desktop visibility – All blocks now have controls to toggle their visibility when viewed on mobile or desktop devices. This allows content to be tailored specifically to each device within the same template. 

Custom colours – You can now specify up to ten custom colours which will show in the editor’s colour picker, making it easy to apply your branding to a template. Contact support if you would like to set up custom colours. 

Automatic tracking of links – When a template is saved, it is checked for external links and the option is given to convert them to tracked links. This allows engagement to be tracked in the campaign statistics.
