As a user of the ProFundCom platform, we want to notify you that it has undergone some changes. We will send these notifications every time the platform is updated.

Reporting Studio

Description: The update to the new Reporting Studio introduces click-rate tracking, mailing-list filtering, and enhanced engagement analytics – giving fund marketers deeper insight into what truly drives investor interaction.

Click Rate Added to Engagement Performance

A new Click Rate metric has been added to the Engagement Performance table in the Prospect Analysis → Campaign Summary section.

Definition: Click Rate measures the number of links and/or documents clicked as a percentage of total emails sent – providing a clear gauge of how interactive your audience is beyond just opens.

Why it matters: While Open Rate shows interest, Click Rate shows intent. You can now directly compare campaign engagement and measure what truly drives investor activity.

Mailing List Analysis & Filters

You can now filter and analyse engagement by Mailing List, similar to how you filter by Campaign or Time Period.

Added a new Mailing List filter and an Engagements by Mailing List table on the Contact Analysis (Drilldown) tab.

This means you can finally isolate how different lists perform – whether they’re from native ProFundCom lists or synced from CRMs like Salesforce or Dynamo.

Description:  The Auto-Links screen now automatically highlights funds that already have links associated with a given URL — making it simple to see what’s already connected without having to dig through long lists.

Description:  The latest update to LeadDeck introduces a new perspective on engagement — now you can view activity by company or domain, not just by individual contact.

For clients with company data mapped in their CRM, LeadDeck automatically aggregates engagement across all known contacts, providing a complete picture of how each firm interacts with your emails, website, and content.

Where company data isn’t available, ProFundCom intelligently derives it from domains and web activity — giving you visibility into anonymous website traffic and emerging interest at the company level.
