As a user of the ProFundCom platform, we want to notify you that it has undergone some changes. We will send these notifications every time the platform is updated.

No Reply Management
Impact: Medium

Sections: Email Delivery
Description: To further improve deliverability and campaign data quality, we’ve released an enhancement that automatically excludes no-reply email addresses from outgoing sends.

Any address containing:

noreply@

no-reply@

will now be automatically filtered out during campaign sends — even if they appear in a send or suppression list.

Including no-reply addresses in bulk sends can:

  • Trigger unnecessary bounce activity
  • Skew deliverability analytics
  • Waste send volume and reduce engagement scores

This new rule ensures these addresses are systematically excluded before delivery.

The enhancement functions as an automatic exclusion rule within the send wizard, similar to existing domain-level suppression (e.g. *@domain.com).
It’s designed to require no additional setup — just cleaner sends by default.


Enhanced Mailing List Management from Accounts and Reports

Description: We’re expanding how users can build and manage mailing lists within ProFundCom to make audience targeting faster and more flexible.

Until now, mailing lists could only be created or updated from:

  • Contacts, and
  • Reports (for Main Platform Mailing Lists only).

This update introduces two key enhancements:

A. Add from Accounts:
You can now add recipients directly from Accounts — with the option to include:

  • All Contacts under that Account, or
  • Main Contacts only.

This streamlines bulk list management for firms with multiple contacts under the same entity, eliminating the need for manual workarounds.

B. Add to CRM Mailing Lists from Reports:

Reports can now also push contacts into CRM Mailing Lists, not just Main Platform Lists.
This provides more flexibility when curating segmented or dynamic lists based on report criteria.

These enhancements:

  • Simplify list curation and campaign setup
  • Support both CRM-specific and platform-wide communications
  • Save time for teams managing multiple accounts or data segments

Searchable and Expanded Filters Across LeadDeckAI
Impact: Medium

Sections: LeadDeckAI
Description:  We’ve enhanced the LeadDeck filter interface to make it easier for sales and marketing teams to find exactly what they’re looking for — without squinting or scrolling endlessly through long dropdowns.

Originally, the searchable filter dropdowns were enabled only for a few clients, where they proved especially useful for campaign searches.
Following user feedback, we’ve now:

  • Rolled out searchable dropdown filters more broadly across the LeadDeck
  • Increased the width and length of the filter boxes for improved readability
  • Ensured filters are more consistent across campaigns and data columns

For busy sales teams, this means:

  • Faster navigation through long campaign lists
  • Easier data filtering without guesswork
  • A consistent and cleaner visual experience across LeadDeck

While the original, simpler dropdowns remain ideal for users who prefer minimal interaction, the new searchable version offers advanced usability for teams who regularly work with larger datasets.
