The inability to copy and paste from Outlook and Word into email platforms remains a constant challenge for marketers when creating campaigns.
Whilst there have been many work-arounds and best practices suggested, there has been no seamless way to get 100% accuracy in what has been generated in Word and Outlook into HTML editors. This is further complicated by the fact that Outlook and Word use their own flavor of HTML, which is not always compatible in other HTML editors.
This has been resolved for the first time in the latest release of ProFundCom. Emails and email templates generated in Outlook and Word can now be imported into the ProFundCom platform with complete accuracy and initial client feedback has shown a 30 to 70% reduction in the time spent on template generation.
“There are many things that we say can’t be done in digital marketing and one of those has been taking Word and Outlook emails and seamlessly importing them into a digital platform” said Paul Das, Founder and Managing Director of ProFundCom.
“We saw that our clients were spending an inordinate amount of time prototyping templates in Outlook or Word or were getting forwarded emails in Outlook but then could not distribute them on their digital platform. With the new release of ProFundCom this is not a problem anymore.”
