Campaigns ‘replies’ to
Description: If any recipient replies to a campaign that you’ve sent out, these replies are automatically stored in the reporting area against that particular campaign. You can access and read these replies by clicking on Replies under the ‘Interaction’ section of a campaign’s report.
Power BI and Tableau integration
Description: This new integration enables the ProFundCom platform to generate reports across all digital channels that can be used to spot trends, target campaigns as well as provide a detailed view of all marketing activities.
