Imported (Not Invited) Counts

We’ve enhanced the Event Manager to make it easier to track your imported contacts versus those actually invited.
Each Event Panel now clearly displays the number of imported (but not yet invited) contacts — giving event organisers instant visibility into who’s been uploaded but still needs an invitation sent.
Why this matters
Quickly spot gaps between imported and invited attendees
Avoid missed opportunities to engage key investors
Improve event data hygiene and follow-up accuracy
To view the update, open any event in the Event Manager and check the new counter on the panel.
“Imported Only” Quick List
Impact: Medium Sections: Event Manager Description:
We’ve added a new “Imported Only” option to the Quick List of schedule recipients in the Event Manager.
This allows users to instantly select everyone imported but not yet invited — making it faster and simpler to target those who have been uploaded but haven’t received an event invitation.
Why this matters
Streamlines the invitation process for newly imported contacts
Reduces manual filtering and errors when scheduling invites
Complements the “All Unregistered Invitees” option for full flexibility
You’ll find the new “Imported Only” choice in the Schedule Recipients dropdown when managing your events.
Custom Section on Event Page
Impact: Medium Sections: Event Manager Description:
The Event Manager now includes a Custom Section feature that lets you add bespoke information directly to your event pages — perfect for details like Travel Info, Venue Logistics, or Special Instructions.
Admins can easily customise the section title, content, and placement (top, middle, or bottom of the page) from the Customise screen. A built-in warning also appears if a section is set to display without a title or content, helping maintain clean layouts and complete information.

Add flexible, event-specific content such as travel, dress code, or sponsor info
Control where the section appears on the event page
Ensure completeness with automatic display warnings
To use this feature, open any event, go to Customise → Custom Section, and define your title, content, and display position.
