The ProFundCom User Group will be held on May 10th in London, and you will receive an invitation in due course. All our overseas clients will have the option of joining the Telescope on our Twitter feed or by downloading the recording from the day.

Description:  Tagging of documents, links and other assets in ProFundCom was introduced so that assets can be easily categorised as well as located. We have now added reporting so you can see which tags are performing well over time. Here is a sample of a report that is generated.

Help Pages and Knowledge Base

Section: Core Platform
Description: The Help Pages and Knowledge Base has been extended to include all the current whitepapers as well as the most common topics that have been raised on the Helpdesk. The help pages can be accessed from within the platform or via http://help.profundcom.net/category/help/ if you are logged into ProFundCom.

Server and Firewall Migration – Phase 3
Impact:
 High
Section: Core Platform
Description: The final stages of our migration process have been planned and we will be updating you in the next few weeks. We are moving to a live disaster recovery service so in essence, there will be a real-time copy of your live environment. In the event of an outage normal service can be immediately resumed.
