To make a fund marketing event interesting, and thus boost your chances of raising investment, you need to engage effectively with your audience. You must not just talk at them, as minds will wander and you will lose their attention, which in turn will make it difficult to form a profitable relationship with prospective investors after the event.
Try to make things interactive and give your audience a voice. Some may be a little reticent to join in at first, but generally people like to share thoughts and provide feedback. A passive audience is less likely to take in and retain information than one that is actively involved in your event. One way of doing this is to use an interactive voting system that will let your audience offer an opinion, vote on things, or answer questions.
