To get the most from fund marketing on social media you need to manage your campaigns properly. Ideally, this means you should appoint someone whose sole job is to look after social media, or at least have a staff member with social media management as part of their job description.
Perhaps the most important aspect of social media management is handling interactions. Social media works best as a conversation, so you need to interact with your potential investors – and that means you must talk to them, answer their questions and discuss their needs. Good social media management also involves monitoring platform changes – such as altered character limits – and adapting accordingly. What’s more, you must measure the success of your campaigns by checking how many people see and respond to your posts, and actually click onto your website or other front line marketing materials.
