ProFundCom Product & Service Notification 28th July 2024

As a user of the ProFundCom platform, we want to notify you that it has undergone some changes. We will send these notifications every time the platform is updated.

Update to auto-create tracked links
Impact: Medium

Sections: Template
Description: When you add a non-tracked link into the Drag & Drop editor, you are given the option of turning it into a tracked link when you save your template.

The screen now has a few more options.

You have four actions to choose:

• Use existing link
• Create new link (this was previously the only option)
• Create link once
• Do not create link

If a link to the same target is already in your link library (including auto links previously created in this way), it will show you how many it has found for the selected Fund and set the action to use the most recent. You can change this selected action if you wish.

  • Use Existing Link will let you can choose from a list of existing links with the same URL and fund rather than creating a new one.
  • Create New Link will make a new Auto Link (this was the previous behaviour).
  • Create Link Once only appears if there are multiple links for the same URL in the template – it’ll create a new tracked link for the first one, and then subsequent links to the same URL will use that tracked link rather than create multiple identical ones.
  • Do Not Create will skip that link and leave it untracked.

Lead Deck New Deck – Audience Connect/ User Journey
Impact: Medium
Sections: Reporting
Description: The Audience Connect deck allows sales teams to see who is engaging across all digital channels and shows the most valuable user journeys. If it is not enabled for your instance, please contact the helpdesk.

Lead Deck Format Changes
Impact: Medium
Sections: Reporting
Description: The LeadDeck panels now display without the need to scroll down the page for new decks

Static Content in the Drag & Drop preview
Impact: Medium
Sections: Templates
Description: When you click ‘preview’ at the top of the Drag & Drop editor, a panel opens which shows how your template will appear on three different width devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
If you have added static content to your email, the content will now be displayed in the preview instead of just the text placeholders.
‘Static content’ are snippets of saved HTML which can be added to your template with just a few clicks. For example you can save a series of different email signatures and just pick them from a list when you want to use them. If you would like to know more about Static Content, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Support Desk.

Side Article Block image/paragraph spacing
Impact: Medium
Sections: Templates
Description: In the Drag & Drop editor, the Side-Article-Block has a setting named ‘Image Spacing’ which will move the image up and down vertically. This setting can now be negative – if it is set less than zero, it will move the paragraph up and down instead of the image.
