Forwarding Formatting Issues in Emails

Forwarding responsive email is fraught with challenges. When it reaches the inbox the code is getting manipulated and rendered for that client. When doing a normal forward it’s taking that manipulated code (sometimes putting it inside of a “quoted” area) and sending it to another client that will also manipulate and render that code in it’s own way.

There is no fool proof way to prevent any of these things from happening. The best way is to implement a “Forward to a Friend” option inside of the email. We have a built in function that will send an actual email to the addresses provided coming from the same place the original email came from. This can be implemented pretty seamlessly design wise, add a feature of interaction within your email.
