ProFundCom Launches AI Powered Copilot for Investor Engagement
ProFundCom today announced the launch of ProFundCom Copilot, a new AI powered assistant that enables Investor Relations, Distribution and Marketing teams to query their marketing data using natural language.
Instead of navigating reports or building complex filters, users can simply ask questions such as “Who are our most engaged investors?” or “Which campaigns generated the highest engagement?” and receive results within seconds.
Built specifically for the asset management industry, ProFundCom Copilot combines artificial intelligence with investor engagement data to help firms uncover opportunities, prioritise follow up activity and gain deeper insight into marketing performance.
Unlike general purpose AI assistants, ProFundCom Copilot has been designed around the workflows of fund managers, investor relations professionals and distribution teams.
It enables firms to analyse engagement across email campaigns, websites, documents, webinars and marketing activity through a simple conversational interface.
Paul Das, Founder and CEO of ProFundCom, said:
“Most marketing platforms generate reports. We wanted to create something that helps our clients ask better questions and find meaningful answers. ProFundCom Copilot makes marketing data far more accessible by allowing users to interact with it naturally – and then make better decisions – or just ignore it.”
Designed to operate within each client’s own ProFundCom environment, Copilot uses secure AI models hosted through Amazon Web Services while ensuring customer data remains isolated within their own instance.
The initial release focuses on intelligent search and data retrieval, with future enhancements planned around campaign recommendations, content optimisation and predictive investor engagement.
ProFundCom Copilot is available to all ProFundCom clients and is included in their current subscriptions.
