Creating An Outlook Email In A Bulk Email Template
It is self-evident when an email has come from a bulk email tool or a marketing automation system.
Over-designed emails immediately arouse suspicion, and there is a trend to make the email look more like it has been crafted directly for Outlook. Most bulk email tools are not designed for this.
Here are four ways to make sure your emails look more authentic as if they have been typed out by hand and sent from Outlook.
Use Calibri as the font.
Do not use images—just text.
Left-justify the email.
Create the email in Outlook. Send the email to yourself. Extract the HTML from the Outlook email and paste it into your bulk email tool.
