Our objective is to deliver value to your business, and if for any reason we can’t we’ll tell you, but going through this process should help you understand better what you want, and we’ll offer impartial advice.
If on the other hand we agree that we can help you, we usually suggest a trial mailing. What’s more our subscription based licence keeps us on our toes: if we don’t continue to deliver value we know we’ll lose revenue.
- Does ProFundCom replace my existing CRM system or contact database?
Usually not. ProFundCom integrates closely with a number of commercial and home-built Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. However, ProFundCom itself has some built in contact management functionality, so depending on your commitment to your existing system, ProFundCom can be implemented either as a subordinate system or a replacement.
- At the moment, I manage everything from a spreadsheet. Can ProFundCom help?
Spreadsheets are fine for basic data tracking needs, which is why they get used so often. ProFundCom can import this information and help you manage it in a more effective and efficient manner. The data can also be re-exported to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the push of a button.
- Can I try the product before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a trial period of upto three months. This also helps us to pinpoint your exact needs and requirements should you choose to subscribe afterwards. We suggest you start with a trial mailing to a small sub-set of your investors and contacts, so that you can gauge reaction before doing a wider mailing.
