ProFundCom Announces Agreement to Acquire AttachMetric, the leader in desktop email, attachment and web-link tracking
ProFundCom today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AttachMetric, the world leader in desktop email, attachment and web-link tracking. The acquisition accelerates ProFundCom's position in the hedge fund, wealth management and asset management sector by being able to offer desktop functionality and reporting for email communications. Today's announcement reaffirms ProFundCom's position as the leading provider of marketing platforms for the finance community and its role as the leader in providing deep engagement analytics for sales, marketing and investor relations.
AttachMetric will bring synergies to ProFundCom that will enable users to track their individual communications with investors and prospects via Outlook, Gmail or anyother personal email client.
