Prosperity has a large universe of investors and prospects that need to be kept updated on a weekly or monthly basis. What was required was a streamlined marketing platform that would synchronise with the client relationship management (CRM) system which in this case is salesforce.com and distribute the reports as well as provide marketing intelligence about the readership of the reports within the investors and the prospects.
